A Day with Our Town Trees

20150629_132903Looking for a hands-on way to teach kids about your community’s trees? The Our Town Trees traveling exhibit can do just that for you!

A Day with Our Town Trees utilizes a beautifully constructed interactive learning display to teach your classroom or school group about the benefits of urban trees. This professionally designed learning display allows students to travel through a series of hands-on stations where they learn how trees keep us cool, clean our water, provide homes and are fun! Tree Trust provides an education specialist to introduce the exhibit or lesson plans.

Who Can Apply?
School groups, day camps, community groups, and Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops are all encouraged to apply. Education materials are designed for grade levels Kindergarten to 5th grade and preference will be given to groups of those ages. Best for groups 30 or less.
