Youth & Young Adult Services

Icebreaker Bingo 3

Tree Trust’s Youth & Young Adult Services program serves young people ages 16-24, who live in Hennepin County and provides tools for young people to achieve self-sufficiency through:

  • Employment Readiness Training
  • Paid Work Experience
  • Individualized Case Management
  • College and Career Navigation
  • Financial Literacy
  • and other soft skills

  • Program Description

Participants are connected with a case manager who specializes in employment and education needs. Participants receive customized services designed to prepare them for work, life, and their futures. Case managers facilitate year-round classes, one-on-one meetings and work experiences where youth and young adults learn how to apply and interview for jobs, meet their employer’s expectations, get ready for their careers, and find services they need and transition successfully into adult, working life.

There is no cost to participate in Youth & Young Adult Services. The program is offered free to eligible participants through federal, state, and local funding.
