Supervise and motivate a crew of 8 young people (14-21 yrs.) in a safe, educational, and professional manner. The YCC Counselor will work with crew leaders and crew members to identify and provide behavioral intervention to support the crew member’s success in the YCC program. This position acts as the liaison between parents, crew leaders, crew members, and the Tree Trust administrative team. View full posting here.
