How to participate in the tree and shrub sale:

If you are interested in purchasing a tree through the 2024 Minnetonka Tree and Shrub sale, you can view more information on the lottery and what species will be offered HERE (https://mtka-tree-sale.myshopify.com/). If you are interested in purchasing a tree through the 2024 Minnetonka Tree Sale, you will need to enter the lottery. You can register through this FORM. You can submit this form anytime between April 1st, 2024 and April 26th, 2024. You will be notified if you have been selected to participate in the Minnetonka Tree and Shrub Sale on May 1st, 2024, and given further instructions on how and when you will be able to order your $50 tree.

If you own more than one property, please submit a new form for each of your property address(es).

The pick-up event will be on September 20th, and September 21st, 2024.

The pick-up event will take place at:

Shady Oak Beach parking lot
5200 Shady Oak Rd,
Minnetonka, MN 55343.

This will be the only time to pick up your tree(s), but you can have someone come in your place if you are busy.

To Note:
• This program is only available to Minnetonka property owners.
• It is the law to call Gopher State One Call (651-454-0002) at least three days before digging. They will mark buried utility lines for your safety.
• Large shade trees should be planted at least 15 feet from power lines and/or buildings.
• Save money on energy by planting large shade trees on the east or west side of your home.
